The Dettelbach is a nearly six kilometers long, right and south-southeast tributary of the Stockacher Aach .
geography
The creek rises on the Bodanrück northeast of the Radolfzell district of Liggeringen , flows initially west, then northwest and through a narrow forest valley, accompanied by the K 6100, down into the wide estuary of the Stockacher Ach. He crosses this on about the north run, in the area of the reed in a dead straight drainage ditch, from which a right branch runs further down to the Stockacher Ach. Most recently, he takes from the southwest similarly large, after a left upper reaches also Wäschgraben mentioned market Bach and flows hundred yards from the right in the Stockacher Aach .

In Dettelsbach in summer 2017 were stone crabs found.
