Indo-German Chamber of Commerce
The Indo-German Chamber of Commerce ( India Chamber of Commerce Abroad ) is a German Chamber of Commerce Abroad (AHK) and offers business solutions for companies planning to do business with India or Germany. The Indo-German Chamber of Commerce is both the largest German binational chamber of commerce abroad and the largest chamber of commerce in India.
history
The AHK India was founded in 1956.
membership
The Indo-German Chamber of Commerce works closely with the German Chambers of Industry and Commerce (IHK) as well as with the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DIHK). Members can organizations and individuals of any nationality are. The AHK India has over 6,700 German and Indian members. This makes it the largest of all 80 German chambers of commerce abroad (in terms of number of members).

Acting President of the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce is Nirmal Bhogilal, and Bernhard Steinrücke is the current Chief Executive Officer .

DEinternational is the service mark of the Indo- German Chamber of Commerce. The services offered include market research , investment in India, legal services , business delegations , business partner search, recruitment , marketing services, renewable energies , translation as well as press and public relations (PR).
Representations
The Indo-German Chamber of Commerce has its main office in Mumbai (formerly Bombay), representations in Bangalore (also Bengaluru), Kolkata ( Calcutta ), Chennai (also Madras), New Delhi ( Delhi ) and Pune (formerly Punavadi) as well as a liaison office in Düsseldorf - Carlstadt in the listed building Citadellstrasse 12.
