Diamanto Manolakou
Diamanto Manolakou ( Greek Διαμάντω Μανολάκου , Diamando Manolakou; born March 1, 1959 in Piraeus ) is a Greek politician of the Communist Party of Greece .
Life
Manolakou studied agricultural science in Athens.
In 1992 she became a member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Greece . She was a member of the European Parliament from 2004 to 2009 and a member of the Confederal Group of the European United Left / Nordic Green Left . In the European Parliament she was a member of the Committee on Agriculture and Rural Development , in the delegation in the Parliamentary Cooperation Committees EU-Armenia, EU-Azerbaijan and EU-Georgia and in the delegation in the Euro-Mediterranean Parliamentary Assembly.
In the elections in 2007 and 2009 Diamanto Manolakou was in the Greek Parliament voted.
