Mignaloux-Beauvoir is located in the south-east of Poitiers and is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Poitiers in the north and north-west, Sèvres-Anxaumont in the north-east, Saint-Julien-l'Ars in the east, Savigny-Lévescault and Nieul-L'Espoir in the south-east, Noaillé- Maupertus in the south and Saint-Benoît in the west.

The national route 147 runs through the municipality .
