Pouillé is a French village with 657 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Vienne in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016: Poitou-Charentes ); it belongs to the Arrondissement of Poitiers and the canton of Chasseneuil-du-Poitou (until 2015: canton of Saint-Julien-l'Ars ). The inhabitants are called pouillasous .

Pouillé is about 18 kilometers east-southeast of Poitiers . Pouillé is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Jardres in the north, Chauvigny in the east, Valdivienne in the southeast, Tercé in the south and Saint-Julien-l'Ars in the west.
