The District of Saint-Julien-l'Ars was until 2015 a French constituency in Arrondissement of Poitiers , in Vienne, and in the region of Poitou-Charentes ; its main town was Saint-Julien-l'Ars . Xavier Moinier ( PS ) was the last representative in the General Council of the Department from 2011 to 2015 .
