The Canton Montmorillon is a French constituency in the arrondissements Montmorillon , Chatellerault and Poitiers in Vienne, in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine ; its main town is Montmorillon . Guillaume de Russé ( UMP ) has been a representative in the General Council of the Department since 1994 .
