The Canton Gençay was 2015 a French constituency in Arrondissement Montmorillon , in Vienne, and in the region of Poitou-Charentes ; its main town was Gençay . Arnaud Lepercq ( UMP ) was the last representative in the General Council of the Département from 1982 to 2015 .
