The canton of Neuville-de-Poitou was until 2015 a French constituency in the arrondissement of Poitiers , in the department of Vienne and in the region of Poitou-Charentes ; its main town was Neuville-de-Poitou . The last representative in the General Council of the Département was Yves Rouleau ( PS ) from 2004 to 2015 .
