The Canton Châtellerault-Nord was by 2015 a French constituency in Arrondissement Châtellerault in the department of Vienne and the region Poitou-Charentes ; its main town was Châtellerault . His representative in the Conseil Régional for the years 2008–2015 was Valérie Champion.
The canton was in the north of the Vienne department. In the west it borders on the canton of Lencloître , in the north on the canton of Saint-Gervais-les-Trois-Clochers , in the east on the canton of Châtellerault-Ouest and in the south on the canton of Châtellerault-Sud . It was on average 92 meters above sea level , between 42 m in Châtellerault and 144 m in Saint-Sauveur .
