La Ferrière-Airoux is a French municipality with 321 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Vienne in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016: Poitou-Charentes ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Montmorillon and the canton of Civray (until 2015: canton of Gençay ). The inhabitants are called Ferrierois .

La Ferrière-Airoux is about 33 kilometers south of Poitiers . La Ferrière-Airoux is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Magné in the north, Brion in the north-east, Saint-Secondin in the east, Château-Garnier in the south and south-east, Sommières-du-Clain in the south and south-west and Champagné-Saint-Hilaire in the west.
