Millac is located about 50 kilometers south-southeast of Poitiers . The river Vienne forms the western boundary of Millac . Neighboring municipalities are L'Isle-Jourdain in the north, Mouterre-sur-Biourde in the north-east, Luchapt in the east, Asnières-sur-Blour in the south-east, Availles-Limouzine in the south and south-west and Le Vigeant in the west.
