Liglet is about 58 kilometers east-southeast of Poitiers , in the east of the historic province of Poitou . Neighboring municipalities of Liglet are Saint-Hilaire-sur-Benaize in the north, Bélâbre in the northeast, Lignac in the east, Thollet and La Trimouille in the south, Journet in the west and southwest and Béthines in the west and northwest.
