Lathus-Saint-Remy is a French village with 1,217 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Vienne in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine ; it is part of the arrondissement of Montmorillon and the canton of Montmorillon .
geography
Lathus-Saint-Rémy is one of the largest municipalities in the department in terms of area and is located about 54 kilometers southeast of Poitiers . The Petite Blourde River crosses the municipality to the west. Lathus-Saint-Rémy is surrounded by the neighboring communities
