Mouterre-sur-Blourde ( Occitan : Moterra de Blorda ) is a western French community with 166 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Vienne in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine . The municipality belongs to the arrondissement of Montmorillon and the canton of Lussac-les-Châteaux . The inhabitants are called Mouterrois .

Mouterre-sur-Blourde is about 52 kilometers southeast of Poitiers . Mouterre-sur-Blourde is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Adriers in the north and north-east, Saint-Barbant in the east, Luchapt in the south and south-west and Millac in the west.
