Saint-Pierre-de-Maillé is a French village with 881 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Vienne in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine ; it is part of the arrondissement of Montmorillon and the canton of Montmorillon (until 2015: canton of Saint-Savin ). The inhabitants are called Maillois .

Saint-Pierre-de-Maillé is located about 47 kilometers east-northeast of Poitiers on the Gartempe . Saint-Pierre-de-Maillé is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Vicq-sur-Gartempe in the north, Angles-sur-l'Anglin in the north and northeast, Mérigny in the east and southeast, Nalliers in the south and southeast, La Bussière in the south, La Puye in the southwest, Archigny in the west and Pleumartin in the northwest.
