Moussac is located about 55 kilometers southeast of Poitiers on the Vienne . Moussac is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Queaux in the north and northwest, Persac in the north and northeast, Nérignac in the east, Adriers in the east and southeast, L'Isle-Jourdain in the south and Le Vigeant in the south and west.
