Frozes is a French municipality with 559 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Vienne in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine . Frozes belongs to the Arrondissement of Poitiers and the canton of Vouneuil-sous-Biard (until 2015: canton of Vouillé ). The inhabitants are called Froziens .

Frozes is about 17 kilometers west-northwest of Poitiers . Frozes is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Champigny en Rochereau in the north, Villiers in the east, Vouillé in the southeast, Chiré-en-Montreuil in the south and Maillé in the west.
