Roches-Prémarie-Andillé is a French commune in the department of Vienne in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine . It has 2,021 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) and belongs to the Arrondissement of Poitiers and the canton of Vivonne (until 2015: canton of La Villedieu-du-Clain ). The inhabitants are called Rocprémaliens .
geography
Roches-Prémarie-Andillé is about ten kilometers south of Poitiers . The Clain River limits the community to the east. Roches-Prémarie-Andillé is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Smarves in the north, Nouaillé-Maupertuis in the northeast, La Villedieu-du-Clain in the south and east, Aslonnes in the south and west, and Iteuil in the west and northwest.

In 1819 the localities of Roches-Prémarie and Andillé were combined into one municipality.
