Jazeneuil is a French village with 804 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Vienne in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine ; it belongs to the arrondissement of Poitiers and the canton of Lusignan . The inhabitants are called Jazeneuillais .
geography
Jazeneuil is about 19 kilometers southwest of Poitiers on the Vonne . Jazeneuil is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Curzay-sur-Vonne and Lavausseau in the north, La Chapelle-Montreuil in the northeast, Lusignan in the east and southeast and Rouillé in the south and west.
The A10 autoroute runs along the northern edge of the municipality .
