Diana LM Kisro-Warnecke b. Warnecke (* 1973 in Großburgwedel, today Burgwedel , near Hanover ) is a German scientist and manager. She is the managing director and owner of the consulting company Dr. K&K ChinaConsulting and former federal chairwoman of the Association for Women in Management e. V.

education and profession

After attending school in Garbsen , Kisro-Warnecke took over the family business in the field of adult education and, from 1993 to 1995, completed an apprenticeship as a bank clerk at Hannoversche Volksbank.Kisro -Warnecke then worked as a customer advisor before studying economics at Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz University Hanover and the University of Hamburg . From 2002 to 2004 she completed an MBA in Information Technology (IT) at the University of Liverpool , England. From 2005 Kisro-Warnecke was a doctoral candidate at the Institute for Marketing and Management at the Leibniz University in Hanover with Klaus-Peter Wiedmann . Here she became Dr. rer. pol is doing his PhD . She wrote her doctoral thesis on “The Reputation of German Companies in China”. As a lecturer, she has been teaching Chinese Economy, Employment Relations and HR in China and Applied Chinese Management in the MBA course at the Bremen University of Applied Sciences (International Graduate Center) since 2012 . There she received the Teaching Award 2015/16 in 2016 for her teaching in the part-time MBA program for managers. As a management consultant, she was won over by the FOM in Hanover for teaching and teaches executives in the MBA module Strategic Organizational Development and Intercultural Management. In 2011 she taught international marketing at the University of Hanover .

As a speaker at the Zukunftsinstitut, she gives insights into current and future developments in China.

Kisro-Warnecke lived in China until 2003 and founded a China consulting company on her return. Since 2007 she has been a member of the delegation of the state government of Lower Saxony and the German federal government. Kisro-Warnecke is represented in various social media channels and is increasingly active on LinkedIn and xing.

In July 2017, Kisro-Warnecke was appointed to the supervisory board of the French group Recylex SA. Kisro-Warnecke was the head of the general association for the Lower Saxony transport industry (GVN) e. V. and the management of Bildungswerk Verkehrsgewerbe Niedersachsen (BVN) e. V. held until autumn 2014.

Kisro-Warnecke is married and has two children.
