After the 12-year-old sister of the ex-soldier Ensar is raped, Ensar disappears. Shortly thereafter, a series of murders begins in Istanbul, in which only pedophiles are murdered. There is growing evidence to suggest that Ensar became a serial killer. The investigation is carried out by the Vice President of the Criminal Police and Chief Inspector Celal.
