The Innsbruck Bohemian is a seven-member brass band music - ensemble from Innsbruck , Tyrol .

The roots of the Innsbrucker Böhmischen go back to 1992, when a trio or quartet with Fredi Gradwohl produced three CDs under the name “Die Innsbrucker” . They only played their own compositions, similar to Oberkrainer music. The desire developed among the musicians to perform Bohemian brass music live with the smallest possible cast , whereupon today's formation of six brass players and percussion joined together in 1994 . All seven members are studied musicians who also make music in the field of classical music.

After tuba player Mathias Rauch left Die Innsbrucker Böhmische in 2007 , he returned as a baritone player in spring 2018.

The Innsbrucker Böhmische performs around 50 times a year across Europe. a. at festivals like the Woodstock of brass music . With their single Dem Land Tirol die Treue they received a gold record .
