Dieter Rudorf (born January 5, 1938 in Aue ) is a German politician ( SPD ). He was a member of the People's Chamber and 1st Vice-President of the Saxon State Parliament .

Life

Dieter Rudorf attended elementary school and high school in Aue, where he also passed his Abitur. He then did a pre-study internship in Saxon huts. This was followed by a degree in metallurgy at the Bergakademie Freiberg with a degree in engineering in 1962. After Rudorf had completed 18 months of military service, he worked as a research assistant in the research institute for non-ferrous metals in Freiberg in the information department. Between 1987 and 1990 he was a department head.

In 1976 the doctorate A to Dr.-Ing. and in 1986 the doctorate B in computer science to the Dr. sc. techn. at the TH Ilmenau . He then was a lecturer at the TH Ilmenau. From 1965 to 1974 Rudorf was a union shop steward. Between 1972 and 1989 he was the chairman of operational road safety activities and from 1975 to 1990 he was deputy chairman of the KDT working group Information / Documentation Chemnitz.

Rudorf is married and has two children.

Dieter Rudorf was independent until 1989, and has been a member of the SPD since November 1989. Rudorf was a member of the Saxony-South board. From March to October 1990 he was a member of the People's Chamber. Between June and August 1990 he was Parliamentary State Secretary in the Ministry of Finance of the GDR .

In October 1990 Rudorf moved into the Saxon state parliament via the state list of the SPD Saxony . He was its 1st Vice-President and a member of the Budget and Finance Committee. Rudorf was a member of the state parliament for an electoral term until 1994.
