Dietmar Laue

Dietmar Laue (born December 31, 1940 in Dresden ) is a German doctor and politician ( CDU ) and former member of the Saxon state parliament .

Life

Dietmar Laue attended extended secondary school and completed his Abitur in Dresden. This was followed by studying medicine in Leipzig and Dresden, which he graduated with the state examination in 1966 .

In 1973 Laue received the qualification as a company doctor and in 1975 worked as a specialist in hygiene. Between 1970 and 1977 and between 1979 and June 1990 he was a district hygiene doctor in Geithain and, at the same time, a company and general practitioner. From 1982 Laue worked as a specialist advisor at the Leipzig District Hygiene Institute and from July 1990 as a medical officer in Geithain.

Laue is a Protestant, married and has two children.

Dietmar Laue has been a member of the CDU since 1970 . Between 1975 and 1990 he was mayor in Geithain and worked in numerous working groups for health and the environment of the CDU. Laue also volunteered in various functions in the territory of health education, Urania, and the cultural association. Since December 1989 he has been the district chairman of the CDU Geithain and since March 1990 a member of the state board of Saxony. In May 1990 Laue was elected to the Geithain city council.

In October 1990 he was elected to the Saxon Landtag through constituency 16 (Geithain - Borna II), to which he belonged for an electoral period until 1994. There he was a member of the Committee on Social Affairs, Health, Family and Women and the Petitions Committee.
