Dioss spol. sro was a Czech manufacturer of automobiles .
Company history
The Pilsen-based company started developing automobiles in 1995 and producing automobiles in 1997. The brand name was Dioss . A number of 40 or 250 copies was planned. Production ended in 1999. In fact, only three or four copies were made, one of which was sold.
vehicles
The only model was the Rebel Nova , designed by Vaclav Král, who also worked for MTX . This was a sports car. The vehicles had a tubular space frame. A four-cylinder engine mounted transversely in front of the rear axle provided the drive . Initially, an engine from the Škoda Felicia with 75 hp was used. Later, an engine of cared Seat with 1781 cc capacity for the drive, either the PS 125 or with the aid of a turbocharger made 163 hp. The body was made of plastic . With a wheelbase of 245 cm, the vehicles were 393 cm long, 171 cm wide and 122 cm high. The curb weight was given as 1075 kg. The new price was around 50,000 DM .
