Dirk-Michael Kirsch

Dirk-Michael Kirsch (born March 21, 1965 in Westerland ) is a German musician and composer .

Life

Dirk-Michael Kirsch attended the Sylt grammar school until 1984. After graduating from high school, he studied oboe , pedagogy and chamber music at the Munich University of Music and Theater near Hagen Wangenheim . The pedagogical, artistic and chamber music diploma was followed by engagements with the municipal theaters of Augsburg , the Bavarian State Opera and the Munich Chamber Orchestra .

As a freelance musician, Dirk-Michael Kirsch has a wide spectrum: He teaches at the University of Augsburg and at the St. Stephan Music School in Augsburg , as well as at the Grünwald Music School. He also plays in numerous orchestras and ensembles.
