The place subsequently belonged to the office of Rochsburg , which had come to the House of Schönburg through purchase in 1548 , but was under the sovereignty of the Albertine Electorate of Saxony as " Schönburg regional rule " .

In the 19th century, Dittmannsdorf had grown together with the suburb Altpenig, which was incorporated in 1833. Two years later, the place with the office or the rule of Rochsburg was integrated into the royal Saxon office of Rochlitz . From 1856 Dittmannsdorf belonged to the Penig court office and from 1875 to the Rochlitz administration .
