Djakaridja Koné (born June 22, 1986 in Abidjan ) is a former Ivorian - Burkinabe soccer player . He played a total of 185 games in the Israeli Ligat ha'Al , the Romanian League 1 , the French Ligue 1 and the Turkish Süper Lig . In 2012 he won the Romanian Cup with Dinamo Bucharest . As a national player, he took part in the Africa Cup in 2012 , 2013 and 2015 .

Career

Koné began his professional career at Hapoel Petach Tikwa in Israel , where he was signed in 2006. In its first season, the club was relegated from the highest Israeli league, where the club started with three points deduction. In the following season, Hapoel managed to rise again. After tenth place in 2008/09 and the resulting relegation, the Ivorian left the Israelis and moved to Romania to Dinamo Bucharest in the summer of 2009 . There he and his team won the 2012 Cup . He then moved to FC Évian Thonon Gaillard in France.

For the 2015/16 season he moved to the Turkish first division club Sivasspor . After this club missed relegation at the end of the season, Koné left him again and ended his career.

National team

Between 2011 and 2015, Koné competed for Burkina Faso a total of 31 times internationally . He made his debut on March 28, 2011 against Namibia . At the African Cup in 2012 , he played his first tournament, was eliminated with his team in the first round after two operations. At the Africa Cup of 2013 he and his team were more successful than they were in the final against Nigeria . His participation in the Africa Cup 2015 also ended after the group matches. Koné played his last international match against Benin on November 12, 2015 .
