The Djupvassegga is a 1546 moh. high Norwegian mountain in the municipality of Stranda , in the province of Møre og Romsdal .
The dominance over the next higher mountain, the southern flank of Rundegga to the north , is 2.35 km. The lowest notch height on the ridge to Oppljosegga is 196 m. The mountain is part of a mountain ridge and is easily accessible via the western and eastern flanks. In the south the mountain slopes down to Grasdalsvatnet ; in the north very steep to Djupvatnet . With the Djupvasshytta there is a mountain hut with refreshment stops . The Geirangerfjord and the very popular tourist destination Geiranger are located about 10.2 km (as the crow flies) northwest of the mountain.
