Dmitri Jurjewitsch Sjusin ( Russian Дмитрий Юрьевич Зюзин ; born October 21, 1987 in Ufa , Russian SFSR ) is a former Russian ice hockey player who was last under contract with Yuzhny Ural Orsk in the Vysschaja Hockey League .
Career
Dmitri Sjusin began his career as a hockey player in his hometown in the youth department of Salawat Julajew Ufa , for whose professional team he was active from 2004 to 2007 in the Superliga , the highest Russian division. As early as 2003, he played parallel for the club's second team in the third-rate Pervaya League . For the 2007/08 season , the center moved within the Super League to HK Tractor Chelyabinsk . In his first season as a regular player in professional hockey, he scored three goals and three assists in a total of 47 games. For the 2008/09 season he returned to his hometown club Salavat Yulayev Ufa, for which he only played one game in the newly founded Continental Hockey League , while he spent the rest of the season with its farm team Toros Neftekamsk in the Wysschaja Liga , the second Russian league, spent. For Neftekamsk, he scored 24 scorer points in 38 games, including 16 goals.
After he remained at the beginning of the 2009/10 season in the organization of Salawat Julajew Ufa without use, he moved in December 2009 to HC Energie Karlovy Vary from the Czech extra league . With the Czechs, however, he only played seven times by the end of the season and scored one goal and one assist. The 2010/11 season began again at Toros Neftekamsk, for which he was on the ice in seven games in the new Russian second division, the Wysschaja Hockey League , before he was a regular at the KHL for the rest of the season - Participant Metallurg Novokuznetsk spent. He also worked for Metallurg's farm team Jermak Angarsk in the WysHL.
International
For Russia , Sjusin took part in the U18 Junior World Championship in 2005 . During the tournament he scored two goals in six games.
