Dominic Anthony Marconi (born March 13, 1927 in Newark , New Jersey ) is a Roman Catholic clergyman and auxiliary bishop emeritus in Newark .
Life
Dominic Anthony Marconi was ordained a priest on May 30, 1953 .
Pope Paul VI appointed him on May 3, 1976 auxiliary bishop in Newark and titular bishop of Bure . The Archbishop of Newark, Peter Leo Gerety , ordained him bishop on June 25 of that year ; Co-consecrators were Thomas Aloysius Boland , Old Archbishop of Newark, and Harold Robert Perry SVD , Auxiliary Bishop of New Orleans .
On July 1, 2002, Pope John Paul II accepted his age-related resignation.
