The Don River is a river in the east of the Australian state of Queensland .

River course

It rises in the Don River State Forest , about 60 km south of Rockhampton and flows west. After about 20 km he crosses under the Burnett Highway and then the Leichhardt Highway at Rannes . At Junction Park , about 30 km north of Baralaba , it flows into the Dawson River .
