The Donačka Gora or Donatiberg is a mountain with a height of 882  m above sea level. A. in the easternmost Karawanken in Lower Styria . The mountain was named after the church of St. Donatus . The mountain used to be called Rogaška gora , but it was renamed because the church, which originally stood in a different location, was struck by lightning in 1740 and burned down. This was then rebuilt at the current location.

The ridge running from east to west is particularly striking on the mountain. Boč can be seen from its western summit . Another neighboring mountain is the Konjiška gora . Around the Donačka Gora there is a 27 hectare nature reserve, which has been under protection as a primeval beech forest since 1965.

The area is known for its special flora. The ornithologist and forester Otmar Reiser described the trees in the area as early as 1885 . Only here does the endemic Juvan houseleek ( Strgar ) C.Favarger & J.Parn described by Vinko Strgar in 1971 grow . On the north side you can find deer-tongue fern , spruce , goose beards , alpine laburnum ( Laburnum alpinum ) and many other plants. On the south side you can find chestnuts and turkey oaks .
