The Romanesque Protestant village church Aue am Berg , built in the 12th century, is located in Aue am Berg in the Beulwitz district of the city of Saalfeld in the Saalfeld-Rudolstadt district in Thuringia on the northern slope of a creek in the upper part of the village.

history

In the 17th century the galleries were built in the baroque style . The pulpit from the same period is made in the late Renaissance style. The nave has a wooden barrel .

The furnishings include a late Romanesque crucifix and a seated figure of Mary from the 13th century in a small wooden shrine . There is also an altar triptych with panel paintings from 1490.
