The village church in Kambs in the Mecklenburg Lake District in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania is a historic stone church from the 13th century. The church belongs to the Neustrelitz Propstei of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Northern Germany ( Northern Church ).

The church was originally a vaulted field stone building in the second half of the 13th century, in the early 14th century the rectangular west tower stretching across the width of the nave was added, then the vestibule with a stepped gable on the south side. A sacristy is also built to the north , with two hagioscopes preserved in the masonry . The built of brick eastern gable and the wooden roof turret on the hipped roof of the tower were restored in the 19th century.

In the church there is a carved altar from the early 16th century, which shows a multi-figure crucifixion group in the shrine and eight figures of saints in the wings. The altar originally comes from Karchow . The pulpit of the church was completed in 1669. The equipment also includes a bell cast by Ernst Siebenbaum in Rostock in 1708.
