The Protestant village church Muntscha is located in the Muntscha district of the city of Auma-Weidatal in the Greiz district in Thuringia .

In 1806 the village church burned down . Today's house of God was built on its foundation walls.

The nave is delimited by the polygonal three-sided west end and the recessed choir. Above the choir, the church tower with a lantern and an attached top. The roof of the ship is a gable roof with three-sided polygonal wall formation on the west side. The entrance is on the south side.

1990 was discovered the infestation with dry rot , which means concrete spraying process was redeveloped. This also applied to the interior and the meeting room under the organ .

In 2008 the tower was renovated with the following new roofing and installation of the weather vane .

The parish received the monument protection award in 2012 for the successful renovation.
