St. Gangloff village church
The Protestant village church of St. Gangloff is located in the municipality of St. Gangloff in the Saale-Holzland district in Thuringia . It belongs to the parish of St. Gangloff in the Gera parish of the Evangelical Church in Central Germany .
history
In 1756, the inhabitants replaced the in Zopfstil built wooden church by the still existing church .
The choir has the same width as the nave and everything forms a rectangle with rounded corners. In 1784 a wooden ceiling was installed.

In 1982 the roofs were re-tiled.
The three bronze bells were cast in 1837, 1925 and 1987. In the nave there are two galleries and an altar , which received marble slabs in 1972 .
The organ was supplied by the Poppe company from Schleiz in 1780 . An electric bank heater is available.
