The Protestant village church Wittersroda is located in the Wittersroda district of the city of Blankenhain in the Weimarer Land district in Thuringia .
location
On the village street in the middle of the nature of the Reinstädter Grund, the village church is located north of the houses in the valley. The ensemble of church, syringe house and chestnut tree awaits visitors to the church.
history
The small baroque church from the 18th century was renovated in 1992. The church tower on the east side has a half-timbered floor and a hood .
The organ by Friedrich Wilhelm Dornheim (1856) from Eichfeld near Rudolstadt is playable.
