Dorottya Faluvégi (born March 31, 1998 in Budapest , Hungary ) is a Hungarian handball player who belongs to the squad of the Hungarian national team.

Career

Dorottya Faluvégi started playing handball at Pilisvörösvár. In 2010 she joined the Hungarian association Ferencváros Budapest . After the winger was loaned to MTK Budapest in the 2015/16 season, she returned to Ferencváros. With Ferencváros, the left-hander won the Hungarian Cup in 2017. In the summer of 2019 she moved to the Hungarian club Győri ETO KC .

Dorottya Faluvégi finished 4th at the U-19 European Championships in 2015 and 2017 . Faluvégi won the U-20 World Cup in 2018 and was also elected to the All-Star team. On March 25, 2018, she made her debut for the Hungarian national team against the Netherlands.

Others

Her brother Rudolf Faluvégi also plays handball professionally.
