Dowsons Gut is a so-called ghaut ( good ), an ephemeral body of water similar to a Fiumara , on St. Kitts , in the Caribbean island state of St. Kitts and Nevis .
geography
The river has its source in the north of St. Kitts, on the slope of Mount Liamuiga . It runs down the steep slope to the north and soon flows into the Caribbean Sea between Saddlers and Tabernacle .
