Dražen Ladić (born January 1, 1963 in Čakovec ) is a former Yugoslav and Croatian national soccer player and today's soccer coach.

The goalkeeper began his career with NK Varteks Varaždin in 1980 and moved to Dinamo Zagreb four years later. He was then loaned to NK Iskra Bugojno for two years and, after returning to Dinamo Zagreb in July 1986, played there until he retired in May 2000. For Dinamo Zagreb he played a total of 802 games, making it the club's record player.

Between 1990 and 2000 Ladić was the goalkeeper of the Croatian national team and played for a total of 59 international matches. In 1991 he also played two internationals for Yugoslavia . As a regular goalkeeper of the Croatian national team, he was also used three times at the European Championships in England in 1996 and seven times at the 1998 World Cup in France . At the 1998 World Cup, he was named the third best goalkeeper of the tournament and the Croatians came third. He celebrated his farewell as a professional footballer in a friendly against France on May 28, 2000.

On August 9, 2006 Ladić was introduced as the new head coach of the Croatian U21 national team. Before that, he had been the goalkeeping coach of the Croatian national team for three years, between 2001 and 2004.
