The Duffy Peak is a mountain on Alexander Island off the west coast of the Antarctic Peninsula . In the Staccato Peaks it rises southeast of Hageman Peak .
The American polar explorer Lincoln Ellsworth photographed this mountain during an overflight in 1935. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named him after Lieutenant Commander Joseph A. Duffy of the United States Navy , pilot of the VXE-6 squadron in Operation Deep Freeze in 1969 and 1970.
