Edgardo Sarabia Juanich

Edgardo Sarabia Juanich (born April 29, 1952 in Taytay ) is a Filipino Roman Catholic clergyman and emeritus Vicar Apostolic of Taytay .

Life

After studying in the Philippines, Edgardo Sarabia Juanich was ordained a priest on July 11, 1976 .

Pope John Paul II appointed him on May 13, 2002 as the first Vicar Apostolic of the Apostolic Vicariate of Taytay , which was established on the same date, and as Titular Bishop of Ausuaga . The Apostolic Nuncio to the Philippines, Archbishop Antonio Franco , donated him episcopal ordination on July 11 of the same year; Co- consecrators were Francisco Capiral San Diego , Bishop of San Pablo , and Pedro D. Arigo , Vicar Apostolic of Puerto Princesa .

Pope Francis accepted his early resignation on November 14, 2018.
