Prince Edmund von Radziwill (born September 6, 1842 in Teplitz , † August 9, 1895 in Beuron ) was a German theologian, politician and monk.

Life

Prince Edmund von Radziwill was the son of the Prussian major and member of the manor house Boguslaw Fürst von Radziwill and nephew of the Prussian general and head of the engineering corps Wilhelm Fürst von Radziwill . His brother was Ferdinand von Radziwill , who later became the leader of the Polish parliamentary group in the Reichstag .

He attended the French grammar school in Berlin with his cousin Janus and was vicar in Ostrowo for a while . From 1874 to 1884 he was a member of the Center Party in the German Reichstag and later became a Benedictine monk in the Beuron monastery .

He was a member of the Catholic student union AV Guestfalia Tübingen in the CV .
