Edouard Sieffermann
Edouard Sieffermann (born March 22, 1837 in Marmoutier , † March 17, 1919 in Strasbourg ) was a doctor and member of the German Reichstag .
Life
Sieffermann was a general practitioner and owner of a hydrotherapy institute in Benfeld . On February 21, 1887, he defeated Hugo Zorn von Bulach in his constituency , which, according to French sources, made him the governor's most hated man.
From 1887 to 1890 he was a member of the German Reichstag for the constituency of Reichsland Elsaß-Lothringen 7 ( Molsheim , Erstein ). In Benfeld there is still a rue du Dr. Sieffermann .
