Eduard Jakob Doetsch

Eduard Jakob Doetsch (born January 24, 1812 in Kreuznach , † December 12, 1866 in Bad Munster am Stein ) was a German lawyer and politician .

Life

Born as the son of a farmer and tax collector, Doetsch studied law in Heidelberg , Bonn and Berlin . During his studies in 1831 he became a member of the Old Heidelberg Burschenschaft Franconia and Renonce of the Old Bonn Burschenschaft . Shortly after his exams in 1834, he was not employed and interrogated because of his blown membership in the fraternity. In the Black Book of the Frankfurt Federal Central Authority he was accused as member No. 324 of the press association , but not convicted. He later became a landowner in Münster am Stein. In 1849 he became a member of the Prussian House of Representatives for constituency 1 Koblenz .
