Eduard Knoll

Eduard Knoll (* 1817 in Greiz ; † February 12, 1882 ibid) was a German parliamentarian and administrative officer in the Principality of Reuss older line.

Life

Eduard Knoll studied law at the Universities of Leipzig and Heidelberg . In 1838 he became a member of the Corps Lusatia Leipzig . In 1839 he joined the Corps Guestphalia Heidelberg . After graduating, he joined the judicial service of the Principality of Reuss older line , where he rose to the judiciary. In 1867 he became a member of the first constitutional Greiz Landtag due to a princely appointment . Most recently until his death in 1882 he was district administrator in the district office of Greiz in the Principality of Reuss older line and thus took position 13 in the court rankings.
