Eduard Troyanovsky ( Russian Эдуард Валентинович Трояновский , even Eduard Troyanovsky transcribed; * thirtieth May 1980 in Omsk , Omsk Oblast , Soviet Union ) is a Russian professional boxer in the Light Welterweight and former world champion of the IBF and IBO .

Professional career

The normal jib , which is quite large for a light welterweight (1.75 m) , made his professional debut at the end of November 2009 against the German Richard Zwarg in Halle with a unanimous victory on points.

Already in his ninth fight he was European champion of the WBO association (the "correct" European title is that of the EBU association, which is associated with the WBC ), when he defeated Matt Zegan (balance 42-5-2-) by TKo in round 3.

On September 18, 2012, he defeated Joseph Von Minoza (14-3-0-) and won the vacant PABA belt. He defended this title three times in a row, including against Orlen Padilla (16-4-1) and Luis Zambrano (10-2-0). In December of the following year he won over Allan Kamote (23-6-4-) with a classic knockout in the second round.

In 2014 he won the vacant WBA international title through a technical knockout in round five against José Alfaro (27-8-1) and the vacant WBA through a classic knockout over Jose Agustin Feria (balance 16-1-1) -Intercontinental Belt.

In April 2015 he won the vacant world title of the IBO association with a knockout victory over his compatriot Aik Shakhnazaryan (15-1-0-). On November 4th of the same year he boxed against the previously undefeated Argentine southpaw César René Cuenca (record 48-0-0) for the IBF title. Trojanowski won over Cuenca with a technical knockout in round six and thus inflicted his first professional defeat on him. He then defended the title in the rematch against Cuenca and in September 2016 against Keita Obara (16-1).

On December 3, 2016, he lost his title to Julius Indongo (20-0) after a heavy knockout loss in the first round .
