Edward Romanowski
Edward Romanowski (born July 30, 1944 in Warsaw , † November 11, 2007 ) was a Polish sprinter .
In 1966 he retired at the European Athletics Championships in Budapest over 200 m in the preliminary run, and in 1967 he won silver in the 4 x 300 meter relay at the European Indoor Games in Prague .
At the Olympic Games in 1968 he was eighth in the 4 x 100 meter relay and reached the semifinals over 200 m .
In 1969 he won the European Indoor Games in Belgrade in the mixed relay and was fourth in the 4 x 100 meter relay at the European Championships in Athens .
In 1968 he became Polish champion over 200 m .
